Experienced Pizza Maker (Weekend Shift)We are looking for a skilled, high-energy Pizza Maker to crush our peak weekend dinner rushes! If you are dependable, fast, and know how to manage a high-volume oven, we have a prime weekend spot for you. This position is strictly for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.What you will do:

• Hand-stretch and toss dough perfectly to maintain our authentic Thin Crust style.
• Launch, rotate, and manage pies efficiently in our high-heat oven.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked pizza station during intense weekend dinner rushes.
• Keep consistency high, tickets flying out on time, and communicate smoothly with the kitchen crew.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience stretching dough and tossing pizzas in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of pizza oven heat management and baking timing.
• Must be fully available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Speed, stamina, and a cool head under pressure when the tickets stack up.
